Guest Sticky - Dad Don’t Sk8

Quite awhile back, I got a submission from Dad Don’t Sk8, who runs an art blog with nothing but pencil-sketched nude that are really quite stunning. I highly suggest checking out his site, Post-It in Pencil, although it’s pretty much NSFW if your boss can’t appreciate art and the human form. Pretty cool to see some more “serious” style art on the stickynote canvas…

Guest Sticky - Kyle

I know, I’m just as shocked as you…but here’s a new post!

Kyle, creator of the website Close Without Saving, sent me this to me awhile back. However, I was a prick and didn’t post it until now. I love everything about it. You should too.

Kyle’s site is a 100% stickynote-driven webcomic.  That alone makes it full of awesome and worthy of your time.

My apologies…

…to those who have sent in submissions in the past couple of weeks.  I recently went through the worst case of the flu I’ve ever had the pleasure of hosting, as well as some rough times at work.  Now, things are coming back together, so expect some great guest posts, as well as some original “art”work by yours truly within the next couple of weeks.  Happy St. Patty’s!

Guest Stickies - Andy of the Post-it Project

Ah, the glorious web and it’s hidden treasures. Andy over at the Post-it Project sent me these incredible stickynotes, colored and everything! Be sure to check out his excellent site and watch for an exclusive submission from yours truly in the near future!

One lonely guy…on a stickynote

Why does this guy look so lonely? Probably because he’s the last stickynote I have ready to post right now.

Lonely guy

Dollar Plotting

I’m so tired of paying bills. Can’t I just hire someone to pay them for me? I guess that would kind of defeat the purpose since I’d just be spending the money I need to pay bills with on someone to pay them for me…or something like that.

Guest Sticky - Will and Guy

My apologies to Will and Guy…their stickynotes were submitted quite some time ago, and I’m just getting around to putting them up. And I must say, they are quite deserving of recognition…those might be the best damn goldfish I’ve ever seen.

In their words:
We were eating goldfish one day and decided that we like the Xtreme goldfish character on the back of the box, but we weren’t satisfied with their characters, so we drew our own. These are what we came up with.

Extreme goldfish.
Extreme goldfish 2
Extreme Goldfish character studies
In a deathmatch, I’d go with Spike.

Lock-jawed disbelief

Yes, I am THIS shocked that I actually have something to post.
(disclaimer: no, I am not a balding middle-aged man. But if I were, I’d look like this…)

Shocked

Stickynotes around the world…

I just realized that anyone using my RSS feed probably doesn’t know this site is still alive. The little news section in the sidebar just doesn’t cut it sometimes. So for those wondering, yes…there is more to come shortly.

In the meantime, check out what other people have to offer in the way of stickynote madness…

(please note: I’m not trying to sell anything to or for anyone, just throwing out some Google results more than anything.)

Guest Sticky - Randy M.

Does it say anything about me that I had FAR more Halloween stickies than holiday ones? If so, that says a lot about my submitters as well.

Randy M. doesn’t follow in our pagan-ish footsteps though. He sent me this stickynote a while back, and even though it isn’t holiday-themed, it’s still a gift for us. I mean, I’m pretty sure you won’t find an Assassin’s Creed style Mario anywhere else on the nets. And besides, it’s one of only two posts this month, AND it’s the last stickynote of 2007!

Randy has several blogs of his own, most notably his 1up page and his deviant art page. Give them a look, as he has some really cool artwork on them.

And we’re back!

After a bit of downtime, looks like things will be returning to normal around the Theatre soon! First up: this zombified Santa drawn by Rev. Josh, who’s become a bit of a regular around here. Make sure you check out his the blogoverse he’s created with his art, pictures, and utter trash. Yep, what others throw away, Rev. Josh saves for a rainy day…and the internet.

What other crazy Christmas stickies are we going to see this month?
